MogShop is happy for customers to return any unwanted goods within 14 days of receipt, but asks that you email our customer services team for a returns form and return address details.
Refunds will be paid in the same form that payment was received within 7 days of the receipt of returned goods.
Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Unwanted goods: If you receive a product and decide that you no longer want that item it must be returned in perfect condition, including all packaging, etc so that it can be resold. You will be responsible for the delivery charge incurred by the MogShop and will need to pay the return postage. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase. If a purchase was an unwanted gift, only the original purchaser can be refunded.
Items lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.
This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
